BAOBAB SISTERS OG SYDAFRIKANSKE MUSIKERE I NYT SAMARBEJDE
Vi har teaset længe for, at noget nyt er under opsejling og nu kan vi endelig løfte sløret. Den 8. marts inviterer Baobab Sisters til startskuddet på et helt nyt albumprojekt med flere sydafrikanske kunstnere. Det sker til en koncert på RåHuset i København.
Samarbejdet er mellem Baobab Sisters og flere dygtige sydafrikanske musikere, som gruppen har mødt i løbet af de sidste par år. Det er blandt andet multitalentet Ntsika Fana Nxganga, som er en del af vokalgruppen The Soil, samt sanger i vokalduoen Soulphiatown, Siboniso Mbele. De to herrer er erfarne producere og sangskrivere, og der er derfor lagt op til en spændende aften med helt nye klange og udtryk.
Samarbejdet er kommet i stand efter at Baobab Sisters i 2016 mødte The Soil - en vokal trio, der turnerer i hele verden. Igennem Ntsika har gruppen efterfølgende mødt Siboniso og tingene har taget fart. I starten af marts kommer de to herrer så til Danmark, hvor de sammen med Baobab Sisters skal indspille en række nye numre til albummet. Det bliver en tætpakket uge, men heldigvis er der også tid til en eksklusiv koncert. Vi glæder os meget til at præsentere jer for helt nye numre, men også allerede kendte sange. Billetindtægter går ubeskåret til produktion af vores kommende album.

Studerende: 80 kr.
Koncerten starter kl. 21.00, dørene åbner kl. 20.00.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
