KONGHUSET PÅ FÆRØERNE
Kronprins Frederik udforsker det moderne Færøerne – kommer på dykkertur i den enestående tangskov, til havs med fiskeren og på besøg hos blandt andre sangerinden Greta Svabo Bech. Imens fortæller Dronning Margrethe om både de personlige og historiske bånd mellem kongehuset og færingerne.
Jakob Gottschau og Martin Breums tv-dokumentar viser, hvordan kongefamilien arbejder på at sikre stærke relationer til Færøerne og dermed fastholde Rigsfællesskabet. Og de populære kongelige besøg har i generationer været en vigtig del af denne indsats.
Efter visningen besvarer Jakob Gottschau og Martin Breum spørgsmål fra salen, før Greta Svabo Bech afrunder arrangementet med en sang.
