Efter flere år med psykisk sygdom er jeg nu klar til at stå frem og fortælle min historie om 10 år med op- og nedture.
Gennem flere år var der ret meget kaos i mit liv - med skift af uddannelse, skift af kærester, skift af bolig og stærk jalousi. Jeg var lidt af en "idiot" - og først da gode kolleger støttede mig i at få den hjælp, jeg havde brug for, begyndte tingene at vende.
Derefter følger et oplæg fra pædagog Louise Kjær Jakobsen fra Center for Pårørende i Psykiatrien. Oplægget sætter fokus på, hvordan psykisk sygdom kan sætte relationer og familieliv under pres – både for den voksne pårørende og børn som pårørende (f.eks. søskende). Oplægget munder naturligvis ud i, hvilke hjælpemuligheder der er og hvordan man kommer i kontakt med de rette fagpersoner.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
