Description
Sangeren og saxofonisten Mads Mathias er en af Danmarks førende mandlige jazzsanger og er et personligt og friskt bud på en opdateret jazz crooner i Sinatras og Tony Bennets kølvand. Hans karismatiske sceneoptræden har gjort ham til en efterspurgt solist både med Radioens Big Band, og han er efterhånden ved at opbygge et navn også i udlandet ikke mindst England.
Her spiller han i en intim koncert med Jacob Fischer, hvor de vil tage deres yndlingsnumre under kærlig og nysgerrig behandling.
Guitaristen Jacob Fischer er en anden der efterhånden spiller mere i udlandet end herhjemme, hvor mange sikkert kender ham fra alle årene med Svend Asmussen eller de flere tusinde koncerter med Finn Ziegler og Hugo Rasmussen. I efteråret var han f.eks. 3 uger i USA og 2 uger i Japan og turnere med musikere fra New York.
