Messias på Strøget
Det er med stor glæde, vi byder publikum velkommen til årets to opførelser af Messias på Strøget – en fast tradition i Helligaandskirken.
I år byder solistholdet på et glædeligt gensyn med sopranen Frederikke Kampmann, alten Johanne Højlund og tenoren Mathias Monrad Møller. De har alle tre før sunget Messias med Copenhagen Oratorio Choir.
Morten Lassienus Kramp synger bas-partiet ved dette års opførelse. Det er første gang han synger med Copenhagen Oratorio Choir – og vi glæder os.
I selskab med disse solister, og med orkestret Copenhagen Oratorio Strings, byder vi publikum hjerteligt velkommen til en intenst fortællende og sprudlende Messias – midt i hjertet af København.
I år bliver kor og orkester dirigeret af Martin Petersen.

Koncerten starter kl. 19, og der er pause efter ca. 1 time. Vi opfører første og anden del og afslutter med “Hallelujah”-koret kl. ca. 21.20. Der håber vi at have gjort jer alle parat til en dejlig jul.

Handel’s Messiah on Strøget
It is with great pleasure that we welcome the audience to this year’s two performances of the Messiah on Strøget – a permanent tradition in the Holy Spirit Church, situated on Strøget in the center of Copenhagen.
This year we offer a joyful reunion with soprano Frederikke Kampmann, alto Johanne Højlund and tenor Mathias Monrad Møller. All three have sung the Messiah before with Copenhagen Oratorio Choir. Morten Lassenius Kramp sings the bass part at this year’s performance. This is the first time he has sung with the Copenhagen Oratorio Choir – and we are delighted.
In the company of these soloists, and with the orchestra Copenhagen Oratorio Strings, we warmly welcome the audience to an intensely telling and sparkling Messiah – right in the heart of Copenhagen.
This year, Martin Petersen will conduct the choir and orchestra. The concert starts at 19.00. The performance is approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes, this includes a short break.
We perform the first and second parts and conclude with the ‘Hallelujah’ choir around 21.20. By then we hope to have you all ready for Christmas.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
