Foredrag af Ph.d Jens-Otto Andersen om Vitaltiet i fødevarer. Efterfølgende spiser vi en middag med en hyldest til grøntsager fulde af vitalitet, smag og sundhed.
Arrangementet er lavet i samarbejde med Foreningen for Biodynamisk Jordbrug med støtte fra Fonden for økologisk landbrug.
Foredraget er gratis og incl et glas biodynamisk vin og velkomst snack.
Middagen koster 385,-. Incl Vin Menu 725,-

17.30 Vitalitet fra Muld til Mave. Oplæg ved ph.d Jens-Otto Andersen om fødevarekvalitet.
18.15 Spørgsmål og Pause
19.00 Middag med biodynamiske vine og råvarer præsenteret undervejs
22.00 Kaffe, Avec og åben Vin Bar.
Middagen foregår som Fællesspisning ved langborde.
Øl, Vin og Vand på glas og flasek kan købes til middagen.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
