Søndag den 17 juni 2018 kl 15-17, afholdes den månedlige workshop i Shape motion og fitness i Børkop.
Det bliver med midsommer fornemmelser denne søndag, hvor vi igennem et nærende flow. Der vil blive skabt bevæglighed i leddene, twistet og renset ud i kroppen. Vi vil arbejde på, at skabe fornyet energi.
