Niveau 2, øvet. Holdene henvender sig til dig som er øvet. Du føler sig godt inde i teknikken og stillingerne og er klar på nye udfordringer.
Jeg tager i denne undervisning afsæt i grundlæggende Hatha yoga, med inspiration fra Anusara og Iyengar yoga. Der indgår ligeledes frekvenser fra vinyasa (flow) og restorative yoga. Mindfulness er en del af yoga og du vil opleve, at der i undervisningen altid er en nysgerrig opmærksomhed på oplevelsen af nuet. Jeg benytter mig altid af min faglige viden som fysioterapeut og indrager, hvis det er relevant, øvelser og vejledning herfra.
Praktisk: Der er plads til max. 9 deltagere på holdet. De små hold sikrer, at der er rig mulighed for fordybelse, og at mødet mellem underviser og elev er nærværende, autentisk og imødekommende.

Betaling: Der betales samlet for en periode. Pengene refunderes kun hvis underviseren aflyser undervisningen eller forløbet. Den samlet pris er 1.650kr (125kr pr. gang, á 13x =1.625kr + 25kr admin gebyr).

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
