Forestil dig året 1969 og musikken fra Woodstock er pakket ned til en enkelt aften!
Vi er helt oppe og køre over vi får æren denne aften af en af de store Rock/Soul Mamas fra DK! Louise Brüel og hendes rockede soul band tager os en tur ned af legendernes highway! Hun fortolker de store skrigere fra 60'erne og 70'erne med sin energiske udstråling og kraftfulde stemme!
Hvis man vil høre hvor Hammond orglet får sin rette plads kan man med fordel tage ved lære når bandet smider fortøjningerne! Der er tale om Janis Joplin, Tina Turner, Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye og alle dem iblandt hvor musikken swinger!
Vi glæder os til at køre bajere i nakken og synge med!
Besætningen er:
Bassist Nikolai Storr, kendt fra funk og fusions orkesteret Gone Fishin'. Nikolai har gennem årene spillet med Poul Dissing, Clemens, Christian Brøns, Lis Sørensen m.fl. ..
Guitarist Anders Bo Jespersen kendt fra Medina´s band, ABO, Marco Mendoza, Celina Ree, Stella Black Rose, Alexsander, Grand Theft, AB/CD m.fl.
Keys, Lasse Storgaard, kendt fra Mama´s Blues Joint, Stranger The Horse, Feridah Rose, Waiting for Janis. m.fl.
Trommeslageren Mikkel Brink, kendt fra Led Zeppelin Experience, Electric Guitars, m.fl.
Med 35 år på live scenen har Louise selv spillet med stort set alt der rør sig af danske soul, rock og blues musikere.
I udlandet har hun bl.a. optrådt som solist i USA - B.B Kings Blues Club, London Blues Bar, Next Stop Moskva, Trestokk Festival - Norge, Rockbåten - Sverige.
