BENEFIT STATUS: This is a benefit screening with all proceeds going to Aida Youth Center to benefit the children and youth in Aida Refugee Camp (Palestine).

ABOUT POTENTIAL VIRUS GUIDELINES, ETC; We follow all the current rules and recommendations from the government for the sake of your safety and that of our staff. All tickets are currently only being sold on Billetto, but if you want to attend at the last minute mail Jack (below) to see if seats are still available, and you can also just stop by, although as yet we still have no formal "waiting list" system. While we do offer refunds if the show is cancelled, we cannot refund your money if you become ill or if for some other personal reason you cannot attend - you need to give your ticket to a friend or sell it onwards yourself. OTHER BASIC INFO; We take only cash and mobile pay - NO CARDS! Our cafe is still open and selling drinks although with the reduced seating (if still in effect when you read this) it is sometimes a good idea to go directly into the cinema when you arrive where drinks are also permitted.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
