Genoplev stemningen fra 1800-tallets tider uden forretninger og effektiv kontrol.
Hver dag transporteredes et utal af både helt almindelige og ganske mærkværdige produkter gennem byens nåleøjer, byportene. Eller blev fremstillet i de hundredvis af små håndværksvirksomheder og fabrikker inde i byen.Alt sammen blev falbudt på torve, gader og skumle gyder til de hungrende, tørstige og købelystne københavnere. Et manglende opsyn og politi til at håndhæve de mange komplicerede regler, gjorde det til en kaotisk oplevelse at gå på indkøb. Hvis man da ikke kastede alle hæmninger og opsøgte det altid blomstrende sorte marked. Til stor forargelse for det lovelskende Politivennen, og til moro og oplysning for nutiden.
Dette er den tredje i rækken af unikke københavnske byvandringer med afsæt i magasinet Politivennen.
"Politivennen", som udkom i perioden 1798-1845, er en guldgrube af autentiske, øjenbryns-løftende og ekstremt underholdende indlæg fra velmenende og kronisk bekymrede borgere i Kongens København i enevældens døende årtier.
Til at formidle disse unikke kulturhistoriske (og retoriske) perler findes der ingen bedre end Erik Nicolaisen Høy - (nu tidligere) bibliotekar, voksenunderviser mm. på Københavns Hovedbibliotek.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
