Da den norske singer/songwriter Siv Jakobsen udgav sin debut-EP 'The Lingering' i 2015 og blev hurtigt en favorit blandt indie/folk-elskere. Det ledte til tours med bl.a. Bear's Den, Benjamin Francis og Damien Jurado, og i 2017 udgav hun sit første fuldlængde album 'The Nordic Mellow'.
I 2020 udgav hun den anmelderroste to'er 'A Temporary Soothing', som resulterede i en nominering for Årets Album til Spellemannprisen.
Siv Jakobsen har senest spillet med navne som José González, The Lumineers og Susanne Sundfør og er nu klar til at blotte sine nye sange for lyttere.
