Som en del af det prisvindende RUST Sleeps Around-koncept har RUST slået sig sammen med en række af landets nyetablerede, uafhængige musikselskaber om det helt nye projekt RUST Sleeps Around Residencies.
LALUNE
LALUNE genfandt sig selv under et kreativt vintermørke. Den spirende poptrio havde en
flyvende start på 2020 med et udsolgt show på Hotel Cecil, opvarmning for ungarske Belau på Stengade og adskillige festivalshows. Kreativiteten flød i studiet, hvor trioen fik lagt grundstenene til en ny EP.
Deres lysende start blev stoppet af flere måneders nedtur grundet coronaaflysninger og en kreativ blokade. For at overkomme blokaden begyndte LALUNE at gentænke deres musikalske identitet og fandt frem til et helt nyt udtryk. Nu er de klar til at præsentere de første singler fra deres nye, mere organiske, kantede og kompromisløse lyd.
Trioens tilgang til musikken er umiddelbar. Stemningerne, der udspringer fra samtaler mellem de tre medlemmer, er hele drivkraften bag LALUNE, der har formået at skabe et rum, hvor netop de eksistentielle tanker frit løb til at bevæge i et univers af spirituel omsorg, der brydes af ung fandenivoldskhed.
LALUNE har senest udgivet singlen "TAINTED", der både er blev spillet på P6 BEAT og gik ind som Ugens Unikum på Uniradioen. Når LALUNE spiller på RUST til oktober, medbringer de et dugfrisk live-sæt, som åbner op for deres eventyrlige popunivers på en helt ny måde.
