Tantra Yoga - en 5000 år gammel tradition.
Tantra Yoga er en af de ældste yogaformer, og indeholder mange forskellige teknikker og viden, til fysisk, emotionel, mental, spirituel helse og balance. Det ypperste sigte med tantrayoga er oplysning, en tilstand af perfekt samhørighed med det guddommelige. Men man må også gerne tage et par mellemstationer undervejs :) Under alle omstændigheder er tantrayoga, den mest effektive yoga, jeg pt. kender til, og har praktiseret i mere end 27 år. Og undervist i i 25 år nu.
Tantrayoga indgår i Sexologiskolens kurser i erotisk tantra, og på stort set alle af skolens 8 uddannelser, i større el. mindre grad.
4-dags kursus i TantraYoga
I 2019, kan du deltage i et 4-dags kursus á 2 1/2 t. hver gang, og lære yogaformen, der indeholder både hathayoga, pramayama (åndedrætsøvelser), bandhas (låse) mudras (gestus) etc. Du skal selv medbringe yogamåtte/ yogatæppe. Samt noget at skrive på og med. Husk at være på tom mave - og bære tøj du kan bevæge dig frit i. Der er ingen prøvetimer på holdet. Kurset indholder ingen seksuelle manifestationer.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
