I samarbejde med Teater danskdansk og Mungo Park præsenterer Tingbjerg Bibliotek\Kulturhus en splinter-nyskrevet monolog af den populære forfatter Saynab Farah Dahir.
Rebound er et teater-take på ROM-COM–genren. Den unge kvinde Imani har opskriften på det perfekte liv: God uddannelse, fastansættelse, fast ejendom og en fast, tryg, men lidt kedelig kæreste på 9. år. Men en dag finder hun ud af, at hendes æggereserve er tæt på ikke–eksisterende, og hvis børn skal på listen, skal de tilføjes nu! Den tidsplan er kæresten ikke med på, og før Imani ved af det, er hun blevet én kæreste fattigere, to hormonsygdomme rigere, og det perfekte liv er ikke længere så perfekt. REBOUND handler om en kvinde, som erklæres ”biologisk defekt”, og som dermed tvinges til at revurdere sin eksistens, sin selvforståelse og selvværd som kvinde.
REBOUND er den fremadstormende forfatter Saynab Farah Dahirs debut på teaterscenen, og som hun selv siger, er forestillingen ”et livgivende og længe ventet opgør med, at den sorte kvinde altid er den søde veninde i ROM-COM–genren. Nu er hun hovedkarakter: Kompleks, fantastisk, utålelig, sjov og tragisk”.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
