OBS: Dette arrangement byder på en blanding af sidde- og ståpladser og vi kan således ikke garantere alle en siddeplads.
Tilgængelighed: forholdene på Godsbanen samt Radar er kørestols-venlige. Vi tilbyder desværre ikke døvetolk i øjeblikket. Send os gerne en mail hvis du har særlige behov eller ønsker en ledsager-plads.
English availability: engelsktalende gæster kan også deltage, men præsentationerne af performerne vil hovedsageligt være på dansk.
Dresscode: Vi sætter pris på pænt tøj eller burlesque inspirerede outfits, men du er velkommen til at have det på du har det rart i.

OBS: The audience for this event will be a mix of seating and standing and we therefore cannot guarantee everyone a seat.
Accessibility: Godsbanen as well as Radar is wheelchair-friendly. At the moment, we do not provide sign language translation. Please send us an e-mail if you have any special requests or need a companion ticket.
English availability: non-Danish speaking guests can also attend this event, but the presentations of performers, will primarily be in Danish.
Dresscode: We would appreciate nice attire or Burlesque themed outfits, but you can wear whatever you like.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
