"THE ROOM" lives! Through the summer we intend to screen this Johnny Wiseau cult classic hopefully EVERY Friday night, but only one screening a night, at 20.00, and with a limited seating capacity of 35 so you will be able to sit with empty seats on either side of you if you so chose. Also - unfortunately - no "pillows" (experienced viewers know what that means). We will also be instituting other procedures to make the screenings of ALL our films safer for you and our staff. ... So please do revisit the most popular cult film there is! For 9 years Husets Biograf has been showing "The worst movie ever made" on a monthly basis to insanely enthusiastic audiences, and after James Franco's film "THE DISASTER ARTIST" it became even more popular. From now on we will only be selling ROOM tickets here on billetto. You can order up to 5 tickets in one go and sales stop 30 minutes before the film starts unless of course it is sold-out. Be aware that we cannot refund tickets and that if you cannot attend for any reason it is your responsibility to sell them or give them to a friend. I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
