Begynd dagen med opkvikkende morgenyoga
Hver tirsdag kl. 08.00 - 09.00 kan du gå til yoga i Dansekapellet. Træningen foregår i Kuppelsalen, og både begyndere og øvede kan deltage. Du må gerne medbringe din egen yogamåtte.
Hvis du har et klippekort til yoga kan det bruges indtil d. 15. oktober 2020 og derfor skal du tilmelde dig gratis via Billetto.
En time for alle. Inspireret af Hatha yoga med fokus på kropsbevidsthed og åndedræt. Øvelserne vil være dybdegående, og udføres i et langsomt tempo. Vi skal beskæftige os med de klassiske stillinger og arbejde med styrke, smidighed, koncentration og energi. Der vil blive lagt vægt på korrekt placering, modifikationer og sikkerhed og vi vil derfor inkorporere enkelte principper fra pilates. Timen afsluttes med en guidet afspænding.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
