UTOPIA REUNION + KICKOFF FEST 30 + 31 AUGUST!
ENDELIG er den her - festen hvor alle gamle Utopia Elever har mulighed for at gense hinanden, udveksle rejseoplevelser og bare have en dunder fest!
KICK OFF! Det er også her alle de nye elever som skal på guideskole nu til September/Oktober2019 har mulighed for at møde hinanden inden afrejse - til en RIGTIG kick-off fest!
Vi samler både de gamle og de nye til hvad der skal blive en uforglemmelig weekend i det bedste selskab.
HVAD GÅR DET UD PÅ?
Kick-off og reunion-festen finder sted fredag den 30 august 2019 i centrum af Odense med start kl.20.00 - hvor vi byder velkommen med en times FRI BAR, som er inkluderet i billetprisen.
Dagen efter, lørdag d.31 august arrangerer vi et BRAG af en pubcrawl. Vi går i samlet flok, hvor vi besøger 4 steder - og byder på 4 velkomstshots - og slutter af med endnu en fest.
Vi holder festen i selskab med DUF og UPTOURS for at gøre festen endnu federe - og for at gøre oplevelsen endnu mere uforglemmelig. I kommer IKKE til at kede jer! Men vi vil selvfølgelig have et særskilt Utopia Område, hvor alle tidligere og fremtidige elever kan møde hinanden og hygge sig.
PRAKTISK
Vi har til formålet lejet et KÆMPE EVENTHUS i hjertet af Odense, som skal danne rammerne om årets absolut fedeste fest på dansk grund!

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
