Veronica Mortensen har idag placeret sig som en af landets mest interessante sangerinder inden for jazzen. Hendes varme og afslappede stil er højt elsket af både publikum og anmeldere. Hun har udgivet 5 albums i eget navn og skriver en stor del af musikken selv. Siden hendes debutalbum fra 2003, er det blevet til en lang række koncerter i både ind- og udland, samt gæsteoptrædener i flere Big Bands (bl.a Klüvers Big Band, DR Big Band, Bohuslän Big Band, Ernie Wilkins Almost Big Band og Tivoli Big Band). Albummet "Catching Waves" indbragte hende et hæderslegat fra komponistforeningen Danske Populær Autorer, mens flere af hendes numre har været blandt de mest spillede på DR's radiokanal P8 Jazz. Med sig på scenen har Veronica Mortensen et fantastisk hold musikere og repertoiret vil bestå af udpluk fra hendes 5 albums.
