Description

Denne vinsmagning er forbeholdt dem, der ikke søger perfektion eller ufejlbarlighed, men derimod den naturlige skønhed. Hvor end vi går, mødes vi af tandpastasmil og perfekte, retoucherede former - det gælder dagligdagen såvel som vinens verden. Moderne vine sminkes, pudres og manipuleres til perfektion, men mister derved noget af sin naturlige skønhed og karakter. Eller hvad?

Temaet for denne smagning er "ægte" vine, hvor vi kommer igennem økologi, biodynamik og naturvin og afdækker, hvad det egentlig er for en størrelse - og hvad det ikke er! Smagningen forestås af Steffen Kastrup der til daglig driver Smukvin, der specialiserer sig i økologiske, biodynamiske og naturvine - med andre ord, vine, der ikke har fået make-up, hverken i mark eller i kælderen.

Organiser

Pinot er en vinbutik og -bar i hjertet af Århus beliggende på hjørnet af Frue Kirkeplads og Vestergade. Vi har udover et stort udvalg af kvalitetsvine og -spiritus, en hyggelig vinbar, hvor man sidder omgivet af flasker i hyggelige rammer.

  • I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?

    The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.     If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
