I Peter Kjærs optik skal whisky helst være så naturligt som muligt. Hvorfor bruge mange år på at lave et fremragende produkt og så fylde det op med vand og karamelfarve for yderligere at filtrere essentielle olier fra???
Whisky skal være uden farve og uden filter.
Dette vil blive et tilbagevendende tema MEN whiskyerne vil naturligvis være forskellige hver gang, da der som regel kun kommer få flasker af hver til Danmark.
