Join an educational wild food tour in Utterslev Mose with biologist and wild food expert Klara Rask.
Klara has more than 10 years of experience as a wild food guide, and spend her time foraging for restaurants and teaching others about wild food.
Utterslev Mose is a beautiful lake area with a large selection of edible wild plants.
Here you can find wild garlic, garlic mustard, water mint, wild chives, and the famous edible wild mushroom chicken of the woods.
On this tour you will learn how to find and identify wild edible plants in Denmark, and get some cooking tips along the way.
Duration: 2-3 hours

Om Klara:
Klara Rask er uddannet biolog fra Københavns Universitet, og har over 10 års erfaring som vild mad underviser.
Hun arbejder fuld tid som sanker og er ude hver dag i naturen for at plukke til nogle af de bedste restauranter i København, herunder Geranium, Fiskebaren, Il Buco og Almanak i Operaen.
Klara har en enestående viden om spiselige planter og en smittende glæde for naturen omkring os.
Hun er en af de få sankere i Danmark, som har en kandidatgrad i Biologi, og har under sin tidligere forskerkarriere undervist i botanik på Københavns Universitet. Du kan derfor trygt tage med hende ud i den spiselige natur.
