3 timers workshop målrettet kvinder der ønsker viden og inspiration til at nå i mål med deres løbe- og triathlonprojekter i 2020.
Workshoppen er en blanding af teori og praksis med berøring af emenerne: motivation, træningsplanlægning, løbespecifik styrketræning, løbetekniks træning og forebyggelse/behandling af løbeskader.
Alle kan deltage - også dem der er ramt af løbeskader.

Elitetræner og fysioterapeut Line Bostrup tilbyder løbeevents målrettet kvinder.
Udgangspunktet for alle workshops og løbeevents er at inspirere løbere til at arbejde målrettet med optimering af løbeøkonomi, teknik, vejrtræning og iltoptagelse. Målet er at få flere danskere til at lykkedes med deres løbeprojekter.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
