Workshop i den eksperimenterende teknik Polaroid Transfer, hvor vi i en nærmest meditativ tilstand skiller polaroidfotografiet fra hinanden og fører den ultratynde emulsion fra fotografiet til fx et lækkert stykke papir eller en lille flise. Overførelsen er med til at ændre fotografiets udtryk og kan manipuleres med på flere måder.

Teknikken er supersjov og vanedannende og kalder på dybe vejrtrækninger og koncentration.

Det vil blive gennemgået forskellige polaroidkameraer og du får mulighed for at prøve at arbejde med dem alle sammen.

Der vil være 6 polaroid fotografier samt materialer inkluderet i prisen og mulighed for tilkøb hvis du ønsker at lave flere og vi kommer til både at arbejde med S/H og farvefilm.

Workshoppen er en del af Copenhagen Photo Festivals program OG en del af vores udstilling Framed Nature, der er en satellitudstilling under fotofestivallen. Det betyder, at det overordnede emne for workshoppen vil være Framed Nature og dine Polaroid Transfers vil blive en del af fotofestivallen.

For dig, som deltager, betyder det at du skal være indstillet på at arbejde under emnet Framed Nature og at 1-2 to af dine værker kommer til at blive udstillet i vores lokaler. Vi kvitterer med en fernisering d. 10. juni, hvor vi holder en samlet ferniseringen for hele udstillingen Framed Nature.

Workshoppen kræver ikke andre forudsætninger end et åbent sind og lysten til at lære og eksperimentere.

English:

Workshop in the experimental technique Polaroid Transfer, where we in an almost meditative state separate the Polaroid photography from each other and lead the ultra-thin emulsion from the photo to, for example a nice piece of paper or a small tile. The transfer can change the expression of the photograph and it can be manipulated in several ways.

The technique is super fun and addictive and calls for deep breathing and concentration.

Different Polaroid cameras will be reviewed, and you will have the opportunity to try working with them all.

There will be 6 polaroid photographs as well as materials included in the price and the possibility of purchase if you want to make more, and we will work with both B/W and color film.

The workshop is part of the Copenhagen Photo Festival's program AND part of our exhibition Framed Nature, which is a satellite exhibition during the photo festival. This means that the main topic of the workshop will be Framed Nature and your finished Polaroid Transfers will be part of the photo festival.

For you who participate, this means that you must be willing to work under the topic Framed Nature and that 1-2 two of your works will be exhibited in our studio. We will have a vernissage on June 10, where we will hold a joint vernissage for the entire exhibition Framed Nature including your work.

The workshop does not require any prior knowledge, just the courage to learn new things and be inspired.
